Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns

Clothing: returns accepted within 7 days of delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@reigiraldo.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns will receive a return shipping label and instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Jewelry
Swimwear
Handbags & Accessories

Additionally, custom orders, gift cards, and sale items are final sale.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable. Rei Giraldo reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it following the process above and place a new order for the desired item.
