Welcome to Rei Giraldo. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Rei Giraldo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and online store (the “Services”).
By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our store is powered by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to offer products and services to you.

1. Access & Account

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, and shipping information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

2. Products & Descriptions

We strive to present our jewelry, clothing, accessories, and designs as accurately as possible. However, colors and textures may vary depending on lighting, materials, and display settings.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only after payment is processed and confirmed. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
All purchases are subject to our Shipping & Return Policy.
Orders placed are for personal use only and not for resale or commercial purposes.

4. Prices & Payments

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping, customs, or import duties are additional unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all purchases, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We process orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are estimates only.
Once an order leaves our studio and is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Rei Giraldo is not liable for delays, customs processing, or lost/stolen packages.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. However, due to hygiene and product care standards, the following rules apply:

No returns or exchanges for jewelry, swimwear, or handbags.
Clothing may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Please contact info@reigiraldo.com to initiate a return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our site—including logos, product names, photos, text, designs, and graphics—is the exclusive property of Rei Giraldo and protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may include links or integrations to third-party tools and services (for example, Shopify, payment gateways, or shipping partners). These are provided “as is.” We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies.

9. Limitation of Liability
